A non-refundable payment for 50% of the total order is required as a deposit. Payment of the deposit will be taken as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Proofs for the inserts will be posted (or emailed if preferred) within 7 days of receipt of your order form and deposit. Please check all the details, make any amendments, then sign and return the proofs to us. Once we have received the signed proofs, they will be used to print from. Thereafter, any alterations to your wedding stationery may be subject to extra costs.

The length of time it will take for your handmade

wedding stationery to be made will depend on quantities ordered and complexity of the design. When we receive your order we will provide an estimated delivery date.

We will contact you by phone or email to arrange delivery as soon as your order is ready. The cost of delivery and the balance will be advised prior to despatch. Once payment has been received your order will be sent and will require a signature.

All stationery designs are copyright of Greenbox Cards. All of our wedding stationery is handmade therefore slight variations will occur. Due to small parts, our products are not suitable for small children as they may present a choking hazard.
